Standard Software Support Rate Schedule

Standard Rate: $100.00 per hour during normal business hours (1 hour minimum for on-site visits)

NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS are MONDAY thru FRIDAY - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Non-Business hours: 1.5 times the base rate

Phone Support: Same as above except billed in 15 minute increments
(1 increment minimum), plus fifty (50) cents per minute surcharge for
long distance calls.

Trip Charge(s): For on-site service requested by customer and performed by DLP, Inc.:
    $35 - Local Onsites (Kansas City Metro Area within 40 miles);
    $60 - Outside KC Metro Area (40-60 miles)
    $85 + .50 per mile for Out-of-Town Onsites.

Out of Town:     Overnight and actual expenses: Airline, Rental Car, Food and Lodging.

TERMS: Due on receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: A service charge of 2% per month of any overdue balance will accrue an all past due amounts.

These rates do not include replacement parts or materials. In the event a problem proves to be hardware related, we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to research and correct the problem.

Pay in Advance Support Plans are available at reduced rates.
